What is the difference between loc and iloc?
Short answer. loc uses labels; iloc uses positions.
With index [1, 0], what do loc[0, "E"] and iloc[0, 0] give?
75 and 88.

Loc or iloc: what is the difference? E is English. The labels are one, then zero. Loc label zero gives seventy five. Iloc position zero gives eighty eight. Loc uses labels. Iloc uses positions. A condition in brackets filters rows.
