Why not start at 0?
Short answer. A list of only negative numbers would wrongly give 0.
How do you get the mean?
Divide the total by the count of elements.
Remember
| Start with L[0], not 0 |
| Mean = total / count |
No max allowed. How do you find the topper? Start big at the first element. Keep any bigger mark. For minimum, use less than. Remember two things. Start with the first element, not zero. Mean is total divided by count.
